Needles 1.5 cm high with a frequent arrangement are made of durable high-quality steel for better combing and maximum preservation of hair or wool.
The substrate of several layers - cotton and rubber - is made to preserve all the needles as much as possible.
The base material is larch with a thickness of 9 mm.
The needle plate is additionally attached to the base with an adhesive compound.
